冈崎真吾 ( 坂口宪二 饰演 ) 是个外型粗犷阳光，好感度满分的180帅哥。为了追寻演员梦，一边在小剧团苦熬，一边拉人力车赚取生活费。杉浦瞳 ( 筱原凉子 饰演 ) 则是职场得意、精明干练的女强人，可是年过30却毫无男人缘，让她满心焦急，深怕嫁不出去变成老姑婆。 在偶然的机会下小瞳认识了真吾，两人还彼此一见钟情，眼看即将展开一段甜蜜的姊弟恋……可是小瞳万万没想到，真吾最爱的女人竟然不是她，而是相依为命的母亲玛丽亚 ( 松坂庆子 饰演 )!面临史上最难三角习题，夹在最爱的两个女人中间，真吾到底该选择Mother or Lover?
