“Relámpagos” participan en combate de incendios forestales



El Grupo de Rescate Aéreo «Relámpagos», en colaboración con la Protectora de Bosques Estatal (Probosque), despliega operaciones aéreas para detectar puntos de calor, realizar descargas de agua y trasladar personas heridas debido a los incendios forestales en el Estado de México.

Desde el 4 hasta el 29 de marzo, el Grupo «Relámpagos» ha llevado a cabo 13 operaciones en conjunto con Probosque, incluyendo sobrevuelos de evaluación, traslado de brigadistas lesionados y vuelos de combate en 10 municipios.

El helicóptero del Grupo «Relámpagos» despliega sobrevuelos para evaluar la magnitud de los incendios y detectar puntos de calor, lo que facilita la estrategia de combate en tierra. La descarga de agua, que puede alcanzar hasta 64 mil litros en un mes, contribuye a reducir la temperatura y humedecer la tierra, ayudando así a frenar la propagación del fuego.

A pesar de las condiciones climáticas variables, como el viento, que a veces dificulta los vuelos, el Grupo «Relámpagos» continúa con sus operaciones para apoyar a los brigadistas en tierra y mitigar los efectos de los incendios forestales en los municipios afectados que incluyen Amanalco de Becerra, Donato Guerra, Jilotzingo, Lerma, Malinalco, Ocuilan, Temascalzingo, Tenancingo, Valle de Bravo y Zinacantepec.
