PJEdomex emitió 2,310 medidas de protección en materia de violencia familiar



En un esfuerzo por modernizar y agilizar el sistema judicial, los Juzgados en Línea han experimentado un notable aumento en su demanda de servicio, consolidándose como una herramienta efectiva para garantizar el acceso a la justicia de manera rápida y eficiente.

Durante el periodo de contingencia por la pandemia de COVID-19, las audiencias en línea registraron una demanda sin precedentes, superando los 23 mil eventos, principalmente en el ámbito penal. Actualmente, se ha observado un notable impulso en su uso en las áreas familiar y laboral, duplicando la demanda de servicio en comparación con el año 2020.

Uno de los éxitos notables es el Juzgado en Línea especializado en materia de violencia familiar y protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Este juzgado ha sido un referente en la aplicación de la justicia digital, determinando un total de 2 mil 310 medidas de protección. Gracias a la acción pronta y oportuna de este sistema, se han evitado actos de violencia contra menores, subrayando la importancia de estas herramientas en la protección de los más vulnerables.

Asimismo, el Juzgado Especializado en Cateos, Órdenes de Aprehensión y Medidas de Protección en línea ha desempeñado un papel crucial en el acceso expedito a la justicia. Este juzgado ha otorgado un impresionante total de 5 mil 151 órdenes de aprehensión, 4 mil 164 de cateo y ratificado 119 medidas de protección. Su funcionamiento las 24 horas del día y su capacidad para responder en menos de ocho horas a las peticiones de la Fiscalía han facilitado el acceso de la sociedad a la justicia de manera continua.
