Nukitashi offre une aventure humoristique et satirique se déroulant sur l’île de Seiran. L’histoire suit Junnosuke Tachibana et sa sœur Asane, retournant sur leur île natale après la mort de leurs parents, où ils sont confrontés à une loi locale extravagante obligeant les habitants à se faire l'amour fréquemment, transformant l’île en une aventure érotique. Nous suivons le quotidien de Junnosuke, un puceau complexé par un traumatisme d’enfance, et sa sœur Asane, qui n’aime que son frère, se retrouvant plongés dans ce monde chaotique.
