Diputados cerca de dictaminar sanciones por acoso sexual en espacios de trabajo y educativos



Con el objetivo de sancionar a aquellos docentes y personal administrativo que cometan hostigamiento sexual en contra de estudiantes o hacia compañeros de trabajo, el Partido Verde presentó una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado de México y Municipios, la cual se analiza en la Comisión de Procuración y Administración de Justicia de la Cámara de Diputados.

Aunado a ello, de manera conjunta, también se analiza otra reforma a la misma Ley, con la intención de proteger a las personas servidoras públicas en los casos de violencia y hostigamiento sexual por razones de género, que presentó Morena.

Entre los datos alarmantes por lo que se busca la reforma, es que en nuestro país, en las escuelas secundarias se da el 42.5% de agresiones sexuales en contra de alumnos, seguidas de  las primarias con el 36%, el preescolar un 10% y el nivel superior un 9% 

Aunado a ello, el estado de México, es una de las entidades con mayor índice de este tipo de actos de violencia, junto con la Ciudad de México, Veracruz, Jalisco y Guanajuato, donde las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, han facilitado el acercamiento hacia las víctimas, por ello, es necesario implementar sanciones ejemplares tendientes a inhibir su incidencia y repetición.

Finalmente, la diputada Mónica reiteró que las Comisiones unidas que participan han tomado en cuenta todas las consideraciones del Poder Judicial y del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa del Estado, para que sean reflejados en el dictamen que pueda emitirse en la próxima sesión de trabajo.
