Acuerdo sanitario beneficia al sector gastronómico en el Estado de México



El acuerdo conseguido con la Comisión para la Protección Contra Riesgos Sanitarios del Estado de México que da un plazo para que los prestadores de servicios, principalmente gastronómicos, puedan hacer la corrección de inconsistencias menores o faltas, sin caer en sanciones o clausuras, es una medida que dará certeza y oportunidad de desarrollo al sector restaurantero del Estado de México.

Christian Muñoz Tapia, presidente de la Cámara de la Industria Restaurante de Alimentos Condimentados en el valle de Toluca , señaló que el modelo de auto verificación y capacitación que se ha establecido permitirá el conocimiento de la norma y la aplicación de manera amigable sin poner en riesgo las inversiones de los particulares.

“Estamos trabajando en temas de confianza, en algunos cometemos algunas infracciones, pero el poder tener temas para resarcirlos. Obviamente lo hacemos y eso nos da oportunidad de acción”

Señaló que ahora se buscará el hacer más amplio este esquema para otro tipo de verificaciones tanto de Profeco como de otras instancias que pueda permitir una amiga de los refrescos de dieta que tienen una caducidad muy corta y que puede traer sanciones por encima de los 300 mil pesos.
