Vinculan a proceso a tres implicados en delitos contra la salud en Ecatepec






Tres individuos fueron vinculados a proceso, después de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su posible intervención en delitos contra la salud, con fines de comercio.

Fueron detenidos en Ecatepec por elementos de la Policía de Investigación, ya que presumiblemente intercambiaban envoltorios con narcóticos por dinero (Foto: Especial).

Se trata de Luis Fernando “N”, Ángel Alfredo “N” y Jesús Luis “N”, a quienes la Autoridad Judicial les fijó además plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigación complementaria. Para el primero de ellos estableció como medida cautelar la prisión preventiva justificada y para los otros dos una garantía económica, así como la presentación periódica al Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares (CEMECA).

Estos tres individuos fueron detenidos por elementos de la Policía de Investigación (PDI) en la colonia Santa Clara Coatitla, en el municipio de Ecatepec, al momento en que presumiblemente se encontraban intercambiando envoltorios con hierba verde con las características de la marihuana por dinero en efectivo.

Los Agentes de la Institución presentaron a estos tres individuos ante el Representante Social, fue iniciada la indagatoria correspondiente por delito contra la salud, con fines de suministro, y luego fueron remitidos ante la Autoridad Judicial en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona, quien determinó iniciarles un proceso legal.

A los detenidos se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
