Vinculan a proceso a individuo por lesiones a policía en Ecatepec






La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) logró la vinculación a proceso de Ángel Giovanni “N”. Este individuo está siendo investigado por su posible intervención en el delito de lesiones dolosas en perjuicio de un elemento de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Ecatepec.

El incidente ocurrió el 8 de enero en Boulevard de los Aztecas, colonia Ciudad Azteca, cuando elementos de la policía municipal realizaban un filtro de seguridad. Al marcarle el alto al conductor de una motocicleta Italika tipo 250z, este no se detuvo y presuntamente impactó con su vehículo al policía, causándole una lesión en la pierna.

Con base en los datos de prueba proporcionados por el Representante Social, la Autoridad Judicial determinó iniciar un proceso legal contra el presunto implicado. Se estableció un plazo de un mes para el cierre de la investigación complementaria, y se impusieron medidas cautelares, incluyendo una garantía económica y presentación periódica al Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares (CEMECA).

Es importante destacar que, de acuerdo con el principio de presunción de inocencia, Ángel Giovanni “N” debe considerarse inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
