Vinculado a proceso por maltrato animal en Tlalnepantla






La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal (FGJEM) ha acreditado la posible implicación de José Luis «N» en un caso de maltrato animal. El 23 de septiembre pasado, se alega que ingresó a un inmueble en la colonia Lázaro Cárdenas, Tercera Sección, en Tlalnepantla, donde habría agredido a un canino con un objeto punzocortante, causándole lesiones. Por estos hechos, ha sido vinculado a proceso.

La Autoridad Judicial ha determinado iniciar el proceso legal contra José Luis «N», estableciendo un plazo de 20 días para la investigación complementaria. Además, se le han impuesto medidas cautelares, que incluyen una garantía económica, el uso de un localizador electrónico, la prohibición de acercarse a la víctima y a los testigos, así como la separación del domicilio que habitaba.

La dueña del canino fue testigo de la presunta agresión y denunció el maltrato animal ante el Agente del Ministerio Público. Este inició la investigación y recabó pruebas, lo que llevó a la emisión de una orden de aprehensión contra José Luis «N». Posteriormente, la Policía de Investigación (PDI) llevó a cabo su detención y lo remitió al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, donde quedó a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial.

Es importante recordar que el detenido es considerado inocente hasta que se dicte una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
