Vinculado a proceso implicado en caso de extorsión en Coacalco






Cristhian Jovany “N” de 30 años ha sido vinculado a proceso por la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) tras acreditarse su probable participación en un caso de extorsión.

Este individuo fue detenido después de presentarse en un negocio de alimentos en Coacalco, donde presuntamente exigió dinero al dueño a cambio de no causar daño a su familia o al establecimiento.

La indagatoria revela que el 20 de octubre, Cristhian Jovany se presentó en el negocio y se identificó como miembro de un grupo delictivo originario de Michoacán. Supuestamente amenazó a la víctima y dejó un mensaje intimidatorio exigiendo un pago semanal a cambio de no causar daño. Posteriormente, regresó para recoger el efectivo.Ante estas amenazas, la víctima accedió a entregar una suma económica y solicitó la intervención de la Secretaría de Seguridad estatal, quienes detuvieron a Cristhian Jovany y lo pusieron a disposición del Agente del Ministerio Público.

Tras su detención, fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Ecatepec. Luego de revisar los elementos de prueba, un Juez determinó vincularlo a proceso, otorgando un mes para la investigación complementaria y dictando la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada. Cabe recordar que se presume la inocencia del detenido hasta que se emita una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
