Sentencia a 21 años de prisión a mujer por robo a transporte público






La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) logró una sentencia de 21 años de prisión para Elizabeth Estévez Juárez, tras confirmarse su participación en el delito de robo con violencia en medios de transporte público.

La acusada fue detenida por la Policía Municipal de Nezahualcóyotl el 12 de julio de 2023, después de abordar un «Mexibús» en la colonia Benito Juárez, donde sometió a los pasajeros para despojarlos de sus pertenencias.

La sentencia fue dictada por la Autoridad Judicial después de un proceso legal que incluyó la investigación correspondiente y la presentación de pruebas. Posteriormente fue ingresada al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Nezahualcóyotl.
