Reforma judicial debe dar certeza a inversión

 



La Reforma en materia Judicial que se ha planteado a nivel nacional obliga a tener en cuenta diversos factores, el primero de ellos tiene que ver con la capacidad técnica y el conocimiento que tendrán quienes ejercerán diversos puestos dentro del sistema de impartición de justicia, el desarrollo de la carrera judicial y el establecimiento de un sistema de justicia capaz de resolver conflictos entre particulares y sancionar a quienes cometan delitos.

El Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas señaló que además se requiere certeza para los inversionistas de que existe un mecanismo judicial para ampararse en actos de autoridad o para litigar controversias.

La polémica gira entorno a las condiciones en las que podría negociarse además el Tratado de Libre Comercio hacia el año 2026 y la posibilidad de fuga de inversiones y los actos de corrupción que podrían derivarse de un proceso de elección de quienes tendrán posiciones dentro de la suprema corte de justicia.

Dicha reforma plantea además que en 2025 se haga una elección popular de mil 688 cargos entre los que destacan los Ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia.

El IMEF señala que la concentración de poder conlleva una gran responsabilidad para el nuevo gobierno, por lo que se requiere que la toma de decisiones de la nueva administración se haga con prudencia, objetividad y pragmatismo para lograr una estabilidad económica que nos permita tener un México con menor pobreza y desigualdad, por lo tanto, un país con viabilidad de largo plazo.
