Recuperan vehículo con reporte de robo y detención en Cuautitlán Izcalli






Elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) llevaron a cabo una intervención exitosa que resultó en la recuperación de un vehículo con reporte de robo vigente y la detención de un individuo.

Este hombre, viajando en un Nissan Sentra gris, fue detenido por su probable participación en el delito de encubrimiento por receptación.

La acción se desarrolló mientras los oficiales de la Dirección General de Combate al Robo de Vehículos y Transporte (DGCRVyT) realizaban funciones relacionadas con el combate al hurto de unidades. Al detectar la circulación a exceso de velocidad del automóvil, los agentes siguieron al vehículo y lograron interceptarlo en la calle Miguel Hidalgo, en la colonia San Martín Tepetlixpan.

Tras solicitar la detención del conductor, se llevó a cabo una revisión tanto del individuo como del vehículo. La confirmación con el Centro de Mando estatal reveló que el Nissan Sentra estaba reportado como robado. Luis “N” de 43 años de edad fue detenido y se le notificaron sus derechos.

Tanto el detenido como el vehículo fueron puestos a disposición de la Fiscalía Especializada en la Investigación del Delito de Robo de Vehículos en Cuautitlán Izcalli, donde se determinará su situación jurídica.
