Realizarán pabellón gastronómico en el festival de las luciérnagas en Amecameca






La Cámara de la Industria Restaurantera y de Alimentos Condimentados en el Estado de México, será la responsable de desarrollar el pabellón gastronómico en el marco del festival de las luciérnagas se realizarse del 12 al 14 de julio en el municipio de Amecameca.

Christian Muñoz Tapia, Presidente de Canirac Valle deToluca señaló que en esta ocasión se ha asignado el proyecto a los productores del campo mexiquense, cocineras tradicionales, restauranteros de la zona y prestadores de servicios, con lo cual se busca cerrar un círculo de valor en torno a la gastronomía Mexiquense y generar un valor económico para los ocho municipios que estarán involucrados en el proyecto.

Mediante un acuerdo conseguido con la Secretaría de Cultura y Turismo del Estado de México, se ha promovido además un esquema de promoción de los ingredientes y tradiciones de la zona, además de las piezas artesanales que se generan consolidando este como uno de los puntos de encuentro y atracción de turistas más importantes del Estado.

Mauricio Sanchez,  Director de promoción sostenible de la Secretaría de cultura, señaló que al momento del Estado de México ha sido reconocido como la entidad con un mayor número de comunidades de luciérnagas en todo el país, por lo que se debe buscar que este tipo de espacios se desarrolle cuidando el medio ambiente y garantizando el festival se pueda desarrollar todos los años.
