Presunto integrante de grupo delictivo vinculado a proceso por homicidio






Un individuo identificado como Marco Antonio “N”, presunto miembro de una organización criminal con raíces en Jalisco, fue vinculado a proceso por la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) debido a su posible participación en un homicidio ocurrido en Ecatepec.

Este individuo, considerado como generador de violencia en la región, fue detenido recientemente por la Policía de Investigación (PDI).

Según las investigaciones, Marco Antonio “N” y otros tres individuos habrían cometido el homicidio el 8 de marzo, donde abandonaron la cabeza de la víctima en la calle Sonora, colonia Granjas Valle de Guadalupe en Ecatepec. En el lugar también se encontró un mensaje intimidatorio atribuido a supuestos integrantes de un grupo delictivo jalisciense.

Tras su detención, Marco Antonio “N” fue presentado ante la Autoridad Judicial en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Ecatepec, donde se le dictó prisión preventiva justificada mientras se lleva a cabo la investigación complementaria por un plazo de dos meses.

La FGJEM continúa indagando para determinar si el individuo está implicado en otros delitos, recordando que se presume su inocencia hasta que se dicte una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
