PJEdomex analizará justicia indígena, experiencias y expectativas



El Congreso Nacional de Interculturalismo Jurídico organizado por el Poder Judicial del Estado de México reunirá a investigadores, juzgadores y comunidad académica provenientes de diversas entidades como Oaxaca, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Guerrero, Puebla y Ciudad de México, para debatir en torno a experiencias y expectativas del interculturalismo y la justicia indígena en nuestro país.

La Sala de Asuntos Indígenas del PJEdomex abrirá un espacio a la reflexión en torno a juzgar con perspectiva de interculturalismo jurídico y al intercambio con los tribunales, rumbo a la tutela de las personas, pueblos y comunidades indígenas de México.

El encuentro se llevará a cabo del 5 al 7 de diciembre en la Escuela Judicial del Edomex y está dirigido a personal jurisdiccional de poderes judiciales locales y federal, estudiantes de diversas disciplinas sociales, docentes e investigadores, asociaciones, barras y colegios de abogados, así como organizaciones de la sociedad civil.

Durante tres días de trabajos se desarrollarán cinco conferencias magistrales y diez mesas. Participarán especialistas como Natividad Gutiérrez Chong, quien dictará la ponencia “La unidad pluriétnica del estado nación: interculturalidad y libre determinación”.

Además, las intervenciones de Sebastián Patishtán Méndez que presentará “La complejidad del pluralismo jurídico para los pueblos indígenas” y Luis Enrique Cordero Aguilar con la conferencia “Suchixtlhuaca, caso emblemático de la Sala de Asuntos Indígenas de Oaxaca”.

En la mesa “Pluralismo e interculturalismo jurídico” intervendrán Martha Singer Sochet con el tema “Los derechos de los pueblos originarios y la democracia liberal”; José Manuel Fernández Morales con “Retos axiológicos desde la antropología jurídica en el sistema jurídico mexicano” y Javier Espinoza de los Monteros Sánchez presentará “La construcción del Estado pluricultural”.

Las y los magistrados integrantes de la Sala de Asuntos Indígenas del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del estado llevarán a cabo la “Reunión de trabajo de las Salas de Asuntos Indígenas de Oaxaca y del Estado de México, intercambio de experiencias”, mientras que la ponencia magistral de clausura “El interculturalismo como problema filosófico. Recordando a León Olivé”, estará a cargo de Ambrosio Velasco Gómez.
