Pendientes temas en la Comisión de Límites Territoriales de la Cámara de Diputados



De acuerdo con la diputada Elba Aldana Duarte, aún tiene temas pendientes la Comisión de Límites Territoriales de la Cámara de Diputados, uno de ellos es el caso entre el municipio de Jilotzingo y Naucalpan, donde se tendrán que realizar las Audiencias de Ley tras haberse promovido una iniciativa por parte del diputado David Parra, al respecto, la comisión tendrá que continuar también con el dictamen relacionado a Tonanitla y Tecámac, el cual está entrando a su recta final.

Cabe señalar que en la última Sesión Ordinaria de Sesiones, la diputada presentó una iniciativa para mejorar y agilizar los trámites en su Comisión.

«Estamos modernizando la Ley de Límites porque es muy general, y en ese tema abonar, y tiene muchas lagunas, esperemos que se pueda desahogar, posiblemente entrando de las elecciones, todavía tenemos la mitad de junio, julio y agosto para que pueda dictaminarse, porque considero que es muy importante».

La diputada reconoció que durante esta LXI legislatura, no hubo un solo dictamen que se pudiera por lo menos votar en la Comisión de Límites Territoriales; el que existe, es el dictamen entre Ecatepec y Acolman, donde Atengo y Tecámac están como terceros involucrados, sin embargo, solicitaron en la Junta de Coordinación Política, tener paciencia ya que se tendría que retomar hasta que se regrese de las elecciones para no confundir a la población.
