Inician Foros para integrar los saberes de los pueblos originarios y la justicia mexiquense



Durante el Primer Foro temático de Interculturalismo: Medicina Tradicional y Justicia Indígena, organizado por el Poder Judicial del Estado de México a través de la Sala de Asuntos Indígenas, el presidente de la misma, Mario Eduardo Navarro Cabral reconoció la importancia de que se reúnan académicos, juristas e investigadores con las Comunidades originarias.

“Que vienen hoy precisamente A expresarnos qué es lo que desean qué es lo que quieren Y de qué forma quieren ir avanzando para poder a veces vamos a decirlo con cierta con cierta cautela y lo digo con todo respeto para formalizar estos sistemas tradicionales de Medicina porque como lo decía hace un momento son líneas demasiado sutiles que se parten que se cruzan y tenemos que ser muy cuidadosos”.

El Foro, señaló, tiene una perspectiva estrictamente académica, ya que habrá otros sobre legislación relativa a la medicina, y al reconocimiento de los médicos, de los practicantes, del reconocimiento de las fórmulas que utilizan a las teorías sacramentales, así como del uso de los medicamentos herbolarios e indígenas.

“Pero el interés esencial que tenemos nosotros de poder aperturar estos foros es visibilizar sin duda alguna a todos y cada uno de ustedes a todos los médicos tradicionales que nos acompañan a los resanderos a las parteras a todos aquellos que a través de las tradiciones históricas han abreviado del conocimiento y la sabiduría ancestral de la medicina”.

Cabe señalar que los Foros de Interculturalismo Jurídico, que se inauguran con la temática de Medicina tradicional y Justicia indígena, se realizan para responder a las inquietudes presentadas en la Segunda Sesión Itinerante de la Sala realizada en el Centro Ceremonial Otomí, en Temoaya; para ir integrando los saberes de los Pueblos Indígenas en la justicia mexiquense.
