Inflación, cuesta de enero y el presupuesto



Con el regreso a clases hay que hacerle frente a la cuesta de enero en pagos de colegiaturas u otros gastos escolares y el alza en precios, tarifas y tasas de productos y servicios en general. Lo ideal para pasarla bien este mes es que hallamos hecho previsiones como establecer nuestro presupuesto, no acabar con el fondo de ahorro, no adquirir deudas y evitar gastos innecesarios.

La inflación anualizada o subida de precios rondó el cuatro por ciento lo que significa para un sector de la población comprar menos bienes que antes mientras para otro adquirir los artículos con más cantidad de dinero.

La cuesta de enero es un fenómeno de tipo económico que se deriva del mal manejo de finanzas personales durante las fiestas decembrinas y al que se agregan lo que ya dijimos de actualización o aumento de precios. Esta cuesta puede superarse en enero o extenderse más de lo esperado afectando las finanzas personales. Por cierto, el panorama económico para este 2024 se advierte dependiente de cómo se comporte la economía global, para lo que se habla ya de una desaceleración en Estados Unidos, el primer socio comercial mexicano. Así, una inflación de tres por ciento podría ser vista hasta el año 2025 según la Junta de Gobierno del Banco de México. Lo que ayuda es pues planificar las compras, no despilfarrar y controlar los gastos hormiga que son el cafecito de la esquina o cadena, los snacks, los productos de las máquinas expendedoras y las botellas de agua, además de las compras a domicilio.
