Individuo sentenciado a 73 años por feminicidio en Villa de Allende



La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) logró una sentencia de 73 años y 4 meses de prisión para Jorge Adán Vicente García, acusado de los delitos de feminicidio y feminicidio en grado de tentativa.

Los hechos ocurrieron el 29 de octubre de 2022 en una vivienda de la localidad Loma de San Pablo, en el municipio de Villa de Allende, donde el individuo causó la muerte a su esposa y atacó a su cuñada.

El agresor utilizó un objeto punzocortante para perpetrar los actos violentos que resultaron en el fallecimiento de su esposa y en lesiones graves a la hermana de la víctima. Inmediatamente, la Fiscalía Edoméx inició una indagatoria exhaustiva, realizando diligencias de inteligencia, gabinete y campo para localizar al responsable. Tras avanzar en la investigación, se emitió una orden de aprehensión contra Jorge Adán Vicente García.

La búsqueda llevó a la Fiscalía mexiquense hasta el estado de Oaxaca, donde el acusado se encontraba oculto. A través de un trabajo coordinado con las autoridades locales, se logró detener al individuo el 1 de diciembre de 2022. Posteriormente, fue trasladado a territorio mexiquense y recluido en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Valle de Bravo.

Tras un proceso legal, la Autoridad Judicial dictó la sentencia de condena, fijó multa y reparación del daño económica, además de la suspensión de derechos civiles y políticos para el acusado. Esta acción refuerza el compromiso de la FGJEM en la persecución de delitos que atentan contra la vida y la integridad de las mujeres en el Estado de México.
