IMSS llama a retomar hábitos saludables tras festejos decembrinos



Consumir alimentos ricos en fibra, verduras, frutas y  agua simple es necesario para retomar los hábitos saludables de alimentación en este inicio de año.

Liliana López Serrano, experta del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, delegación Poniente recomendó a la población no optar por los ayunos intermitentes pues se deben ingerir alimentos cada cuatro horas.

Añadieron que para bajar los kilos que se ganaron durante las fiestas de fin de año, es necesario preferir el pan integral para metabolizar y agua simple.

Son las mujeres las que mayormente suben de peso y tardan en bajarlos, debido a su metabolismo.

Es en la espalda, piernas y vientre donde las mujeres retienen la grasa acumulada, por lo que lo ideal es hacer al menos media hora de ejercicio todos los días.
