GEM integra comités para Procuración de Justicia con Perspectiva de Género






La Consejería Jurídica tomó protesta a integrantes del Comité de Seguimiento, Comprobación y Remisión de los Programas “Procuración de Justicia con Perspectiva de Género”, de la Comisión Ejecutiva de Atención a Víctimas del Estado de México (CEAVEM), para el ejercicio fiscal 2024.

Con ello, el Gobierno del Estado de México permite salvaguardar la reparación integral de las víctimas u ofendidos por los delitos de feminicidio y desaparición, mediante respaldos económicos que les permitan reconstruir su presente y elevar su calidad de vida.

Se trata de personas servidoras públicas representantes de distintas dependencias quienes tendrán la encomienda de cumplir y hacer cumplir los marcos normativos y reglas de operación de primer nivel de los programas Canasta Alimentaria para Víctimas del Delito de Feminicidio y Desaparición, Valentina “Atención de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes en situación de Orfandad por Feminicidio y Desaparición”; y Becas para el Bienestar por la Permanencia Académica.

Los Comités están integrados por la Consejería Jurídica, la Secretaría de las Mujeres, la Secretaría de Finanzas, el Órgano Interno de Control y Coordinación Administrativa de la Consejería Jurídica, así como áreas sustantivas de la CEAVEM.
