GEM inicia colocación de trabes de carga en viaducto elevado del Trolebús Chalco-Santa Martha



La gobernadora Delfina Gómez Álvarez supervisó las obras del Trolebús Chalco-Santa Martha, donde a partir de esta semana empezarán a colocar las trabes de carga del viaducto elevado que se construye en la autopista México-Puebla.

Durante el recorrido, la Gobernadora Delfina Gómez estuvo acompañada por Daniel Sibaja González y Carlos Maza Lara, secretarios de Movilidad y de Desarrollo Urbano e Infraestructura, respectivamente.

El proyecto se dividió en ocho secciones que estarán terminadas en octubre de este año.

El viaducto elevado es una de las secciones más importantes, por la complejidad en su construcción y por los altos estándares de seguridad, solidez y eficiencia que requeridas; tendrá una extensión de 5.7 kilómetros y se construye ya sobre la lateral norte de la autopista México-Puebla.

En su oportunidad, Daniel Sibaja mencionó que la correcta colocación de las trabes es muy importante porque le darán soporte a la estructura por donde transitarán 120 trolebuses de este sistema de transporte, que dará servicio a más de 120 mil usuarios diariamente.

Este sistema de transporte público interconectará los municipios de Valle de Chalco, Chalco, La Paz y la alcaldía de Iztapalapa, con lo cual se agilizará la movilidad de 3 millones de habitantes del oriente de la entidad al disminuir el tiempo de traslado de dos horas a 35 minutos, a través de una ruta directa y a 50 minutos con paradas intermedias.
