Emotivas melodías y cultura en el Festival de las Almas 2023



En una celebración vibrante del Día de Muertos, el Festival de las Almas 2023 en Valle de Bravo ha cautivado a un público diverso, reuniendo a vallesanos, mexiquenses y visitantes internacionales.

La Orquesta Filarmónica Mexiquense, bajo la dirección de Gabriela Díaz Alatriste, deleitó a los presentes en La Velaria con su «Tributo a Mujeres», una experiencia sinfónica dedicada a las mujeres que han dejado una marca indeleble en la historia musical global. Interpretaron éxitos de artistas como Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, Tracy Chapman, Madonna, Beyoncé y Rihanna, arrancando ovaciones y coros entusiastas. Un momento destacado fue la maestra Díaz Alatriste interpretando al piano la canción «Stay» de Rihanna.

La emblemática banda chilena «Los Ángeles Negros» ofreció un concierto lleno de nostalgia en el Jardín Central, regalando melodías como «Déjame si estoy llorando», «Debut y despedida», «Como quisiera decirte» y su famoso éxito «Porque te quiero».

La Universidad Intercultural del Estado de México rindió homenaje a las lenguas originarias con un recital y lectura de poesía, resaltando la presencia de las cinco etnias indígenas que persisten en la entidad: mazahua, otomí, nahua, matlatzinca y tlahuica.

El Museo Joaquín Arcadio Pagaza fue el escenario para la presentación de la colección ÉRASE de Ediciones Periféricas, una recopilación de textos donde niños y jóvenes plasman cuentos, leyendas, mitos y anécdotas de los Pueblos Mágicos de Tepotzotlán, Malinalco y Villa del Carbón.

La compañía La Gorgona Teatro cautivó con su performance «Mensajeros», una propuesta que invita al público a ser agentes de cambio positivo en la sociedad.
