Dos posibles implicados en triple homicidio fueron vinculados a proceso en Naucalpan



La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal (FGJEM) informó que Carlos Brayan “N” y Juan José “N” fueron vinculados a proceso por su presunta participación en un triple homicidio ocurrido en enero en la colonia Alfredo del Mazo Vélez, en Naucalpan.

Según las investigaciones, los acusados habrían ingresado a una vivienda y disparado contra tres personas, dos mujeres y un hombre, causándoles la muerte.

Los hechos ocurrieron el 25 de enero de este año, cuando los presuntos responsables irrumpieron violentamente en la residencia y, luego de cometer el crimen, intentaron eliminar evidencias al retirar cámaras de vigilancia y sensores de movimiento del lugar.

Tras recibir el reporte del triple homicidio, la FGJEM inició una investigación que llevó al arresto de Carlos Brayan “N” y Juan José “N” por parte de la Policía de Investigación. Posteriormente, fueron presentados ante un Juez, quien los vinculó a proceso y ordenó su ingreso al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social Lic. Juan Fernández Albarrán en Tlalnepantla.

La Fiscalía estatal continuará con las indagatorias para esclarecer completamente el caso, mientras que los acusados permanecerán en prisión preventiva mientras se lleva a cabo el proceso judicial. Es importante recordar que se presume su inocencia hasta que se demuestre lo contrario mediante una sentencia condenatoria.
