Donatarias tienen hasta el 31 de mayo para presentar su Declaración de Transparencia 2023



El Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) recuerda a las Donatarias Autorizadas que tienen
hasta el 31 de mayo de 2024 para presentar su Declaración de Transparencia del ejercicio 2023.

Las donatarias son organizaciones sin fines de lucro que, al tener la autorización del SAT.

De esta manera cumplen con el objetivo de contribuir a la confianza de la ciudadanía, al dar
claridad sobre los donativos recibidos, su uso y destino, así como las actividades que se realizan
en beneficio del país.

Asimismo, esta obligación fiscal es necesaria para que no sean dadas de baja o acreedoras a
sanciones y debe ser congruente con su declaración anual de ingresos.

Las donatarias son organizaciones sin fines de lucro que, al tener la autorización del SAT, se
consideran no contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la renta (ISR) por los ingresos que obtengan,
además de contar con otros beneficios fiscales.

Es por ello que la Ley del ISR establece la obligación de mantener a disposición del público en
general la información relativa a sus donativos, la cual se puede consultar a través del Portal
del SAT o del minisitio: http://omawww.sat.gob.mx/donatariasautorizadas/Paginas/index.html
