Detienen a tres personas posibles responsables de delitos contra la salud en Ecatepec






En una acción rápida, elementos operativos de la Dirección General de Combate al Robo de Vehículos y Transporte (DGCRVyT) de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detuvieron a dos hombres y una mujer, posiblemente implicados en delitos contra la salud.

La detención se llevó a cabo mientras circulaban a exceso de velocidad en un vehículo Ford Focus, de color gris, con consigna operativa relacionada con el robo de vehículos.

La intervención se produjo en la colonia 19 de septiembre, sobre la avenida de las Bombas, cuando los agentes dieron alcance al vehículo en cuestión. Durante la revisión, se descubrieron 15 bolsas pequeñas que contenían una hierba con características propias de la marihuana. Además, al verificar los datos del automóvil en el Centro de Mando estatal, se determinó su presunta vinculación con el ilícito de robo de vehículo.

Los detenidos, identificados como Jesús «N» y Diana «N» de 30 años, así como Eduardo «N» de 18 años de edad, fueron informados sobre el constitutivo del delito y se les leyeron sus derechos. Posteriormente, fueron puestos a disposición de la Agencia del Ministerio Público con sede en Ecatepec, donde se definirá su situación legal.
