Detienen a sujetos por homicidios ocurridos en Tlalnepantla y Naucalpan



Dos sujetos detenidos en acciones distintas, fueron vinculados a proceso, luego de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su posible intervención en el delito de homicidio calificado, por hechos registrados en los municipios de Tlalnepantla y Naucalpan.

Uno de los ilícitos fue perpetrado en el municipio de Tlalnepantla y otro en Naucalpan.

En uno de los casos, la Autoridad Judicial inició proceso legal contra Jesús “N”, quien el 13 de noviembre pasado habría privado de la vida a un hombre, tras agredirlo con un objeto punzocortante, cuando se encontraban conviviendo con otras personas en la calle Sebastián Lerdo de Tejada, en la colonia San Juan Ixhuatepec, en Tlalnepantla. Al momento en que pretendía huir, fue detenido por elementos de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal.

El Representante Social de esta Fiscalía Edoméx, de igual forma inició proceso legal, contra Edgar “N”, por su posible intervención en el ilícito de homicidio calificado. Los hechos por los cuales se le investiga fueron perpetrados el 3 de junio de este año en calles de la colonia Loma Colorada del municipio de Naucalpan, donde presuntamente atacó con un objeto punzocortante a una persona, causándole la muerte.

En ambos casos fueron iniciadas indagatorias por el hecho delictivo de homicidio calificado y los posibles implicados fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social, a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial, quien los vinculó a proceso, con medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.

A los detenidos se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
