Detienen a presuntos implicados en homicidio calificado registrado en Villa Victoria



En acción operativa conjunta, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana federal (SSPC), a través de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO) y la Coordinación Nacional Antisecuestro (CONASE), así como agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), cumplimentaron orden de aprehensión contra los hermanos Rolando “N” y José Manuel “N”, quienes son investigados por su posible intervención en un homicidio calificado registrado en Villa Victoria, en marzo del año 2023.

En marzo de 2023 habrían agredido con un objeto punzocortante a la víctima, ocasionándole la muerte.

Estos individuos fueron detenidos en el municipio de Villa Victoria y posteriormente ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Santiaguito, en Almoloya de Juárez, a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial, quien determinará su situación legal.

Rolando “N” y José Manuel “N”, son indagados por hechos registrados el 4 de marzo del año pasado, al interior de un inmueble localizado en la comunidad de San Diego de los Cerritos, municipio de Villa Victoria, donde habrían atacado con un objeto punzocortante a un hombre, ocasionándole la muerte. Tras haber cometido este ilícito, estos individuos presuntamente huyeron a otra entidad del país, en donde se mantuvieron ocultos varios meses para evadirse de la acción de la justicia.

El Agente del Ministerio Público llevó a cabo investigaciones y recabó datos de prueba, los cuales aportó a la Autoridad Judicial, quien libró orden de aprehensión en contra de los posibles implicados, mismos que fueron capturados.

A los detenidos se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
