Detienen a posible implicada en trata de personas






La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable intervención de María Luisa “N” en el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de explotación sexual, hipótesis de producción de pornografía con las agravantes de tener una relación familiar y que la víctima sea menor de edad, por lo que fue vinculada a proceso.

Los hechos por los cuales es investigada esta mujer fueron cometidos en agravio de una niña, quien fue videograbada desnuda el pasado 8 de mayo en un inmueble de la región de Toluca.

Indagatorias de la Fiscalía estatal precisaron que el 8 de mayo pasado, la ahora detenida habría videograbado con su teléfono celular a una menor de edad, quien se encontraba desnuda y a quien le realizaban tocamientos en el cuerpo.

Dichos videos fueron descubiertos por familiares de la víctima en dicho dispositivo, quienes denunciaron estos hechos ante la Fiscalía mexiquense, por ello fue iniciada la investigación correspondiente y recabados datos de prueba con los cuales el Ministerio Público solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión contra la probable implicada.

Hace unos días, elementos de la Policía de Investigación aprehendieron a esta mujer y la ingresaron al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Santiaguito en Almoloya de Juárez, a disposición del Órgano Jurisdiccional, quien determinó vincularla a proceso con plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.

A la detenida se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
