Cumplimentan orden de aprehensión contra tres implicados en homicidio en La Paz






Agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), en conjunto con elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad estatal (SSEM), cumplimentaron orden de aprehensión en contra de tres presuntos integrantes de un grupo delictivo con orígenes en Jalisco, investigados por el hecho delictivo de homicidio calificado cometido en la región oriente de la entidad.

Se trata de Maximino Héctor “N” alias “El H”, Raúl Ángel “N” alias “Muerto” y Jesús Adrián “N” alias “Cachetes», quienes fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Nezahualcóyotl, a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial, quien determinará su situación legal.

Estos individuos están identificados como presuntos generadores de violencia y son indagados por un homicidio perpetrado el 27 de agosto del año 2023 en un inmueble de la colonia Ancón, en el municipio de La Paz.

De acuerdo con la indagatoria iniciada por los hechos, en esta vivienda los probables implicados habrían sometido y causado la muerte a un hombre, al cual desmembraron y posteriormente los restos los abandonaron en una vialidad de la zona.

Por el hallazgo, la Institución llevó a cabo actos de investigación de gabinete y campo que permitieron identificar a los posibles implicados, además se estableció como hipótesis investigativa que el homicidio fue perpetrado derivado de una disputa entre grupos delictivos dedicados a la venta de narcóticos.

A los detenidos se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
