Crece necesidad de innovación ante diversidad de pan de muerto



Debido a la creciente demanda de pan de muerto, productores de pan se han visto en la necesidad de tener que innovar en su producto, al presentar distintos sabores y presentaciones.

Explican que anteriormente solo tenían en su catálogo el pan de nuez y mantequilla, pero con el paso del tiempo han tenido que incorporar sabores como Nutella, cajeta, queso con zarzamora, fresa y relleno de queso.

Los costos van de 15 a 45 pesos la pieza y de esto depende, el tipo de pan que adquiera la ciudadanía. 

Productores de pan, mencionan que en los últimos años, panaderías tipo Gourmet han buscado innovar en los sabores del pan de muerto, aunque con un precio mayor. 

Esperan que sea para la próxima semana cuando las ventas se disparen hasta 50 por ciento.
