Continúan habilitando espacio para Juzgado Cívico Municipal de Huixquilucan

“En gran medida es algo que veníamos pidiendo desde hace mucho tiempo, estamos trabajando muy de la mano con el magistrado Ricardo Sodi en Huixquilucan, ya estamos habilitando el espacio que fue solicitado y mi directora, María José Rueda y todo el equipo, hoy por hoy están ya listos para llevar esto acabo, de hecho en este momento están tomando un curso de capacitación y estamos la verdad muy contentos de tener esta Justicia Cívica en Huixquilucan”.

Entre las coincidencias que se han tenido con el titular del Poder Judicial del Estado de México, se encuentra la necesidad de tener una justicia de forma pronta y expedita, además de agregar que también es indispensable.

Esta Ley contempla la existencia de un espacio especial para que exista el Juzgado Civil Municipal, en el que debe hallarse un juez cívico, un secretario cívico, una persona facilitadora, médico, psicólogo y policía de custodia; y está enfocada en fomentar la convivencia pacífica y el respeto entre los ciudadanos.
