Avanza adelgazamiento de estructura de personal en el GEM, asegura Horacio Duarte






De acuerdo con el secretario general de Gobierno del estado de México, Horacio Duarte Olivares, el adelgazamiento de nómina prometido en campaña, va avanzando, principalmente en los altos mandos.

«Va avanzando, recuerden que hubo una disminución en los altos mandos y en salarios (…) seguramente  lo vieron, se publicaron los nuevos reglamentos de las 18 dependencias, que ya reestructuran lo interior de cada dependencia para ser compactación».

Resaltó que más que recorte en la nómina, es lo que denominó como compactación salarial.

«Más que recorte lo que es compactación salarial; el número de plazas está disminuyendo en los altos mandos».

Y si bien no mencionó un porcentaje de avance, afirmó que van a cumplir todos sus compromisos.
