Aprehende Fiscalía del Edoméx a posible implicado en homicidio en Amecameca






Agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) y elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana federal (SSPC), a través de la Comisión Nacional Antihomicidio (CONAHO), llevaron a cabo la aprehensión de José Luis “N”, quien es investigado por su posible participación en el delito de homicidio calificado.

El arresto se realizó en Amecameca y posteriormente fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Chalco, quedando a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial para determinar su situación legal.

La indagatoria de la Fiscalía Edoméx revela que el homicidio ocurrió el 26 de mayo de 2019 en el poblado de Santa Isabel Chalma, Amecameca. En ese incidente, José Luis «N» y otro individuo habrían golpeado a la víctima, dejándola inconsciente. A pesar de recibir atención médica en un hospital de Ixtapaluca, la persona falleció días después debido a las lesiones sufridas.

La orden de aprehensión fue otorgada por un Juez con base en los elementos de prueba recabados durante la investigación. Policías de Investigación (PDI) y elementos de la CONAHO, de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana del Gobierno de México, llevaron a cabo el cumplimiento de la orden judicial.

Es importante destacar que el detenido es considerado inocente hasta que se dicte una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
