I’m an 800-pound sex worker — I roleplay a giant eating people

An 800lb fetish model earns $5,000 a month by fulfilling bizarre online requests — including roleplaying as a giant that eats tiny people.

Reenaye Starr, 44, from Holiday, Florida, weighed 330lb before a car crash in 2009 left her disabled by breaking her right foot and she doubled in size.

She started doing fetish modeling online and for magazines, posting on pinup websites as well as OnlyFans in 2020.

Her career took off in 2008 and she has about 3,000 followers across nine platforms, and also does phone sex.

She works for around eight hours a day – creating custom videos her clients’ requests.

The model’s specialisms include feederism — where sexual gratification involves gaining, or helping others gain body fat.

Body positive Reenaye works for around eight hours a day and despite her size she insists she prioritizes her health and leads a fulfilling life outside of her work.

And she has no plans to lose any weight because she says she feels happy and healthy just the way she is.

Beyond fetish modeling, Starr has other creative outlets, including tarot reading and a YouTube cooking show.

She says she receives more negative comments on those platforms than she does from her fetish audience.

“In the fetish world, people are there because they love fat women doing fat things,” she said.

“The sex work industry is incredibly open-minded — there’s a lot of acceptance for different body types and abilities.

“I do a lot of fat fetish-related work, including feederism — where I eat copious amounts of food and gain weight — squashing, where I sit on smaller people.

“I also do VOR, which is the fantasy of pretending to be a giant eating tiny people.

“I’ve done blueberry fetish, which is inspired by Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka, where I’m covered in blue paint.

“I’ve played a breeding cow, a piggy eating on all fours — it’s a lot of acting and overacting to bring these fantasies to life.”

Reenaye started modeling after she was inspired by a plus size woman she saw on MySpace 20 years ago.

“She was doing pin-up poses and wearing scandal-clad clothing,” she said.

“At that time, I didn’t know any plus-size women who dressed that way.

“I was trying to impress her, so I started uploading my own photos in pin-up attire, hoping to get her attention,” she said, noting she was about 275 lbs at the time.

“That actually seems very small to me now,” she said.

The attention came, but not from the woman she admired.

“Her webmaster reached out and asked if I wanted to start modeling,” she said. “That was my introduction to fetish modeling.”

Since then, Starr has built a successful career, making between around $5,000 a month creating content for a niche audience that embraces her size and creativity.

“Everybody has different fetishes that sell,” she explained.

Despite misconceptions about the industry, Starr emphasizes that fetish modeling is not just about sex.

“In mainstream porn, people often fit conventional beauty standards, but fetish modeling is different,” she said.

“People don’t necessarily need a sexual component for it to be satisfying. It’s about the niche, the fantasy, and sometimes just the aesthetic.”

Starr’s success has allowed her to work primarily solo, but she has collaborated with a range of models over the years, including little people, extreme bodybuilders, and other plus-size performers.

“A lot of fetish work is about extremes — whether that’s being extremely muscular, extremely fat, or extremely small,” she explained.

“I’ve also worked with other disabled sex workers because this job allows you to work from home and be creative on your own terms.”

Her disability, which resulted from a car accident in 2009, changed her life but didn’t define her career.

“I weighed about 330 lbs at the time, but I’ve put on a lot of weight since then,” she said.

“People assume my health is bad because of my size, but my tests say otherwise. I take vitamins, stay active in ways that work for me, and take care of myself.

“I don’t have any current plans of losing weight,” Starr explained.

Starr, who performs on OnlyFans and other related sites, is also transparent about the financial realities of the industry.

“I charge $15 per minute for custom videos, with a 10-minute minimum, so I can make $150 from just one request,” she said.

“But there are business expenses — props, costumes, travel, and paying other people. The income varies depending on how much content I put out.”

At the end of the day, she sees herself as just another person with an unusual job.

“I like to cook, garden, and do crossword puzzles — normal things,” she said. “My work may be out there, but I’m just living my life like anyone else.”
